Whatever.
But I just happened to be reading an article, The Making (and Remaking) of McCain, in which the author of the piece describes Mark Salter as the one who "composed" all of McCain's books.
What a jackass Cox is. You'd think she'd noticed a little thing like a book cover that clearly indicates that Salter is a co-author, noted in the back matter under "About the Authors". I had thought all this time that her McCain worship was a gimmick designed to get her the gig following his campaign, earning her entree, a way to boost ratings. Apparently not!
No point to the rant other than to publicize it so she can do an ego search and read this. hee. Not that she cares, she reputed to be the world's biggest meanie bitch.
