This is very interesting. It's looking like the puppet government is  
moving some limbs on its own.

I'll be posting my interview with Patrick Cockburn on all this later  
today. He says that even if the SOFA is agreed to, it involves a  
timetable that would require the U.S. to be out in a couple of years.  
Carrol Cox said this would never happen. Wonder who'll be proved right?
