That's not so controversial. Anti-abortionists used this argument pretty openly in the late 19th century, when the first laws against the procedure were introduced. Wasn't just on "racial" grounds either, they also had a problem with the lower-class ethnic white Catholics outbreeding them.

^^^ CB: Then Malthus. Is there a thesis on religion as main propaganda frame for population control ? Opium of the people, verses for making women make people, or not.
