Given the Bradley effect that means Obama trails McCain by 2 points. That is in the margin of error, but Christ, so to speak, it shouldn't be this close. Why don't more people find the thought of President Palin absolutely blood-chilling? I mean McCain, he just your usual right wing asshole. He sucks but the country would survive. Whether it would deserve to survive is another question. Palin's a whole nother bowl of fruit loops. She's the genuine article, a Manchurian Candidate from Evangeland, located in outer space. I do not, NOT, want the football, the suitcase with the nuclear keys, in in the hands of someone who thinks these are the end times and God tells her very specific stuff, like that the AK pipeline is a holy cause. This is Dr. Strangelove country.
