MOSCOW, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Global banking giant JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) has named Russian economic reformer Anatoly Chubais, one of the least popular figures among the Russian public, to its international advisory board, it said on Friday.
