Like Jordan said, it was a few posts ago, but that claim did come up in this thread. Not by you, but what difference does that make? You hear it a lot but it's just not credible and so does more harm than good.

Like I said, I think the Federal numbers is where the confusion comes in. And, also like I said, the federal system is far smaller than the other components.
