Are you trying to talk law? Don't. The reason people like you have to pay peoplke like me to do that is that it's not English and knowledge of the law is a skill that you acquire by study and practice. You're a computer guy, right? If I started using tekkie terms in what I understood to be commonsense ways, you'd laugh at my ignorance. I don't laugh at yours, I just think you should recognize it when it comes to the law and defer a bit to those of use who have spent at least as long to master this language and these skills as you have with your code or whatever it you do.
