Has anyone ever seen an elevator panel with numbering like this:

1  2  3  4
5  6  7  8
9  10 11 12

instead of the more typical approach, like this:

9  10 11 12
5  6  7  8
1  2  3  4

so far, I've found one image example via google. Not that I'm necessarily 
looking for images, just wondering if they are as uncommon as I think they 
might be. (It's for a presentation...)
