That's a good question, and there's certainly a lively debate on that score. But, I'm just curious why people living in a modern, post-industrial society characterized by and large by consistently improving life expectancies and declining mortality rates, would be so anxious to adopt a stone age dietary regimen.
At any rate, Inuit *today* have quite poor health outcomes... relative to the Canadian population as a whole, with life expectancies around 65 or so. Of course this is still much better than their predecessors.
