Are you suggesting that Nazi Germany would have conquered the United States? If not, then leaving a good half of the global economy untouched could scarcely amount to a world owned by fascism. But, that's the problem with apologists for Stalinism and for dictatorships in general; they can't find it in themselves to be modest about their achievements, which are substantial anyway, without grotesque inflation.
