Which is just fine for law and order "leftist" Jordan Hayes.

But back to your first response to shag and the video. Did you watch the video? I thought it good advice whether you have a lawyer or not.

And the way I interpreted the talk is that it wasn't recommending against basic cooperation, but instead recommending that a person not volunteer any additional information that the police can use against you. You know nothing and you are sticking to that simple story.

So your destiny is to be represented by a rather un-skilled or inexperienced public defender? You can make it easy on the poor guy by keeping your mouth shut.

And by the way, the talk by the cop following James Duane was very informative as well and backed up what Duane had to say.
