I saw that too. But I do not know what the limitations of the home/student version are. For one thing, it does not seem to include Outlook, which I need to synchronize with my PDA. So if I upgrade my Office 2003 to the home/student version of 2007, I will lose Outlook functionality, no?

Not to mention the fact that I have to re-learn Excel because the 2007 has a very different user interface than the 2003.
