There is no such thing as a "standard Marxist model" because there is no such thing as Models in Marxist theory.
It is mildly hilarious that so many weird versions of Marxism exist in the thought of so many non-marxists. Brenner, for example, makes no use of models. Nor of course did Marx himself. The whole long boring transformation debate is grounded in the false idea that Marx provided a model of the capitalist system.
