Didn't he already have an ideological FAIL when the Greenspan Commission recommended more taxation to buttress Social Security -- in the early 1980s...? He also foretold a 75 year solvency of the ENTITLEMENT program at that time.

The guy is obviously, like all free marketeers, selective in his application of the ideology.
