Add to this list the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and possible the Seattle times as well.

The Seattle PI is Hearst-owned, run in a JOA with the Times. The Times has been losing money for years. The PI is on death watch with the print edition likely to go away mid-March. Much chatter about an online-only edition or a union buyout but no word yet on final outcome of all the chatter.
