Ah yes, I was going to make the same "case," but there's no way I could have pulled it off in the same drier-than-dry manner that you just did, so I just forgot about it.
(And in Iraq 2003, were not the Bushies enforcing long-neglected UN resolutions that an "international community" was too corrupted and cowed to enforce, and thus in fact prosecuting the universal will?)
