When you go from LA to New York, are they going to be speaking a different language? Will the dominant religion be Islam, rather than Christianity?
I do not get what the big deal is. The US is consciously based on cultural assimilation. The whole melting-pot thing. So what? "The US is rekatively culturally homogeneous," which is blatantly obvious compared to India or China, is not a value judgment.
