...after which, Americans should begin thinking seriously about the
multipolar world -- a polite way of saying, listening to (1) what the
citizens of Brazil, Russia, India, China and the rest of the
semi-periphery (70% of the planet) think of multipolarity, and (2) what
those citizens want it to be.
