I reproduce only point (10) here for the reason that it strikes me as being especially vapid:

"Demand that any government stimulus money that goes to your state benefit the community. Be sure that any projects or initiatives using this money have prevailing-wage jobs. It's your money; make it work for you."

Note the use of the term "prevailing-wage jobs." The persons responsible for this article could not bring themselves to demand "living-wage jobs." They could not bring themselves to write that a shift to the right in the distribution of real-wages might induce a faster economic recovery. There is not even a mention of a course of action that might contribute to improvement of the state of the labor market.
