Except that Gramsci was not referring to an individual, as was Machiavelli
(and Yoshie), but to the revolutionary party as the modern collective agent
of change. Senator, we knew the revolutionary party, the revolutionary party
was our friend, and Ahmadinejad is not the revolutionary party.
