Well, sure. But his crapping up the economy was something Westerners
actually had to live with, unlike Gorby's.

(Although after he died the Nation actually DID do a gushy cover story
for him - "the Liberal Legacy of Ronald Reagan" or something, if you
can believe it. So.)
