[lbo-talk] NLRB charges filed againt SEIU and Bank of America

What corrupt dealings are these? Taking out a loan to finance its political program instead of sitting on top of a huge pile of net assets? I remember years ago when the left would criticize the UAW for not doing anything with its huge strike fund. Now NUHW, ostensibly from the left, is saying SEIU's balance sheet should be more like the UAW's in the good 'ole days. Which one is it? Much simpler to adhere to the maxim "SEIU always bad" instead of trying to address questions like these.
