They say it. People can say anything. I already stated that the Bush people glommed onto the "colored Revos," including the Tulip one -- remember that one, the one that threw the US out last year? Why should you believe them?

This is domestic US politics, people trying to claim credit for things they never did to advance their own agendas.

Why, exactly, did the CIA orchestrate a coup against the __pro-US__ government of Shevardnadze in Georgia? The answer: it didn't. There was a coup there, and interested US parties tried to take credit for it, twisting things so they would count as PR support for their own agenda in Iraq.
