On abortion, liberals are as irrationally manichean as Christians--presumably the fetus has some rights independent of the mother and if so the community has the right to interfere to make the mother act against her will if it chooses (if not law in the sense it implies justice has no meaning). Personally, I think abortion should be legal for because rape or near rape is still a reality and because as an anarchist I don't have much faith in a legal system as benificient to society whether with respect to abortion or any other matter--i.e., even assuming the legal system was really about justice and not protecting property rights and so on I believe the legal system itself would generally do more harm than the so called criminals (apart my distaste for the whole concept of criminal--people who are anti-social should be regarded honestly not hypocritically as patients.)
