Any argument that relies on accusations of "exoticising" is not a  
serious one, and I have explained why that is so in numerous posts.  
Again, I refer the list to Michael Pollak's responses.

Regarding proposals: you will find many such in my posts and at least  
one in Michael Smith's posts.
