Admittedly they are far from the main conceptions, but US pop culture does have the archetypes of the Hooker with the Heart of Gold and the Madame, neither of whom are victims (at least not currently; the Madame may have had a Hard Past, but now she is a Strong Woman in Control of Her Fate, and technically is a pimp now rather than a prostitute).
