Now that sounds like a statement from someone who knows how ethnic divides actually affect politics...

As I said though, one of my main worries is the potential for diffuse "paramilitary" groups to drag an overenthusiastic response out of an over-inflated anti-terrorist lobby in Britain and thus sparking off more discontent among the general population.
