Dwindling influence? They just led a successful effort to ban same sex
marriage in one of the most liberal states in the country, California.

I think the article's discussion on the troubles of Focus on the Family is
little more than wishful thinking on the part of their political enemies,
although I do admit that I hope  those wishes come to try. SR
