Yikes, my good man! This is not true. I have not been following any of these current threads (I was speaking of the Muscovite youth in general terms), nor have I in previous on-list incarnations, offered one-liners AFAIK in any debates regarding feminist theory or civil rights history. My one-liners are at best (at worst?) usually a surrender... an acceptance of the fact that I have little in way of reasoned argument to offer!
Alarmed at your charges, I quickly scanned the 1543 messages I dumped on this earnest list (that is dating from just the 17th of Sep, 2005, mind you! nevertheless meeting the quota strictures of the majordomos er I mean Mailmans, at least in average).
