I don't know what she did before getting to D.C., but that has not
been her
profile here thus far.  Big problem is the rotten Board of Ed
bureaucracy.
The Board of Ed itself has not been a haven of rocket scientists
either.
My wife used to work for the D.C. school system.  Their sh*t was not
together.
