[lbo-talk] SEIU learns boss-speak

Well, there have been a bunch of layoffs in different departments. In
Dolan's case the SEIU Healthcare division came in way over budget for
2008 and we had a ton of people on staff relative to other divisions.
At least that's the way it was explained to me -- no idea why someone
didn't/wouldn't give Mike more information.
