Oh, you might be surprised about footwear. And certainly there is a huge market that draws on sexual attraction to those who are sexually mature but below the age of consent. And how are we to explain away the little girl beauty contest industry? My guess is that while most people don't have an attraction to any one particular taboo, most people have a ton of taboo desires. And of course overtly violent distaste can be one manifestation of that desire. MM
