Of voting behavior, of course. What else? Just as test results are very good a predicting results on subsequent tests.
Of course for radical purposes all one needs is a militant minority and a relatively passivbe majority. Voting behavior doesn't help much there. We have more than enough persons in Bloomington/Normal who oppose the wars & favor quite radical positions. The problem is they are, at last currently, merely passive suppors. The are voters, not doers.
