Yes. Absolutely. But there still remains the problem of what forms the consciusness of workers at the present time. It can't be _only_ propaganda, because propaganda is ony effective i nsofar as it appeals to the "common sense" (i.e. ideology) of those it is aimed at. Why, for example, do highly skilled workers work like hell, save their comany a few hundred million dollars, and are content with an extra $50 or so, or even just a nice letter from the boss.
