It's not hard to find topless lesbians at protests in Seattle. Whether or not this is enjoyable in freezing rain in November is a different problem.
As in the pictures, the strategically placed duct tape even means they are legally decent.
Even better, the public demands equal opportunity tolerance of nudity as evidenced by the naked bicyclists at the annual Fremont Socialist parade.
