I have read parts of article linked to. This looks to be an ultra-left libertarian take on the situation that elicits stunned disbelief as it attempts to portray Chavez as promoting neoliberal capitalist policies and simply downgrades the role Venezuela plays in confronting US hegemony and imperialism as based on old hat outmoded ideas from Cold War days. I guess it really doesn't matter that objectively groups such as this are helping out the case for US hegemony and imperialism because after all Chavez et al are corrupt pushers for neoliberalism who are making things worse for Venezuelans. How fortunate that Honduras has been saved by Micheletti from that crazy cowboy Zelaya and that the grass roots movements were not hitched up to his wagon.
