"All the wars of the 20th century have been Democrat wars." - Bob Dole, 1976

^^^^ CB; Wasn't there something of a division of labor ? Dems started all the wars, and Reps the recessions.

Up until Carter, it was also true that all of the Dems started wars - Wilson, Roosevelt, Truman, Kennedy/Johnson (well) Dole's point was no longer true with "the new world order " of George Bush , the Elder.
