Are you saying that an adult having sex with a pubescent is no big deal? Being able to give birth is "sexual maturity" in one sense, but it doesn't imply anything like being a morally autonomous individual, much less a morally autonomous individual free of coercion. (Being eighteen and sober doesn't either, I suppose, but it's a decent legal proxy.) Maybe things are different in your country, but guess what? Your country is wrong.
