Most of us who are White folks were brought up racist in one way or another, and we live in a society that is systemically White supremacist.
So to argue that all the Tea Party folks are "racist" explains nothing.
Folks in the Tea Party movement range from Conservative Black Republicans to Neonazi activists submerging themselves into a mass movement for purposes of recruitment.
Many of the White participants and supporters are more prejudiced than folks who oppose the Tea Parties.
