Alan, really don't take it so personally.  Different people have different
personalities and approaches.  Do you really think that you are the first
person to tell me that I can be abrasive in my approach?  Deal with it or
ignore it.  You're not going to change me and frankly I don't know why you
would waste your time trying.  I will take my own advice and lay off the
critiques of the 'jokes' and snide comments comrades post here.
