This is a prime example of the sort of "circus politics" of outrageous soundbites that Wojtek was talking about, but it's still pretty embarrassing. 

Apparently, Evo Morales at the climate change conference in Bolivia blamed homosexuality and male pattern baldness in the West on genetically modified food!

Gays and lesbians accuse Bolivia’s Morales of “state homophobia”

    

      Gay and lesbian organizations world wide are up in arms 
demanding Bolivian president Evo Morales rectify his statements on 
homosexuality which were described as outrageous and “state homophobia”.
