^^^^^^^ CB: However, Marx didn't exactly throw flowers at the industrial _capitalists_.

An important fundamental idea of _Capital_ is that value is made in production ,not in exchange. A significant proportion of "industrial capital" ( capital not capitalists) is "variable capital". Variable capital is labor, the source of all new exchange-value.
