Yeah, yeah, yeah, but I wonder about the demographics of the people who believe this crap. Republicans and White Evangelicals are more likely to believe this nonsense than anyone else. Pew doesn't break it down by income or education, but the skew is probably more upscale than your excuse might suggest.
