Mostly retired white people with lots of time on their hands. They own houses, are middle class and have spent much of their lifetime soaking up right wing nonsense: McCarthyism, anti-communism, racist crap, Reaganism, anti-Clinton stuff and so on.
These are also the people who are loyal voters, because they believe in the system. Still, after all the crap they've been fed.
Then there are the younger folks who are part of this movement. If they are anything like my sisters, they are Republican activists and conservatives who are upset about the world. I really doubt that many of them believe the crap that Obama is a Muslim.
At least my father, who is a lifelong Republican and former Ditthead, has told me that he understands know why I don't vote and why there is no difference between the political parties. There are probably many conservatives like him who don't believe the Beck bullshit, but who can't stand Obama, anymore than if the President was some other Democrat. These people would be railing against President Hillary if she had gotten elected. That's how American politics works. If there is something wrong, blame the person at the top, especially if they belong to the other party.
