Hey folks, chill out. This particular study has nothing to do with labor relations - it uses psych students in a computer simulation game to show that people do not like those who do not play by the rules that everyone else is playing. That is hardly surprising, but also rather inconsequential. In real life, "unselfishness" is framed differently than everyday rules. There are special places with special rules for donations and volunteering (like churches or NGOs).
