But in fact they do say it was consensual. Even in the site you reference. This is from the NYTimes not the Catlin.
According to accounts the women gave to the police and friends, they each had consensual sexual encounters with Mr. Assange that became nonconsensual. One woman said that Mr. Assange had ignored her appeals to stop after a condom broke
So it was as Catlin also said. I notice the site you reference says zilch about the women both boasting about the encounter on social networking sites . One of them tried to remove the material from the public domain.l How is that to be explained? How do you explain the earlier charge which was issued and withdrawn the same day because as the authorities said they had no evidence. Now they have it seems.

Assange's lawyer, unsurprisingly, attempts to put the best possible face on the allegations, and his account may not be terribly accurate. The women Assange is accused or raping do not, in fact, say that the sex was consensual:
