[lbo-talk] Secret GOP plan: Push states to declare bankruptcy and smash unions

Bankrupting the states would be a new quality to this crisis. Does the
ruling class really want to do that ? Would state issued bonds be
forgiven in bankruptcy ? If so, would Wall Street really want to set
that precedent ?  What would bankrupting states do to the right-wing
state's rights movement ?  Inquiring minds want to know.
