Not the self-destruction of capitalism, just the end of American
monopoly capitalism as systemic hegemon. What comes after, I don't
know, but I suspect the developmental states are going to be major
players in the multipolar world.

CB: Yeah, I can see bankrupting lots of States contributing to
undermining the United States as systemic hegemon, although the other
countries don't have military bases in 100 plus other countries like
the US.
