There is not now and there never was any particular way "to go about it" in the sense of a formal plan for cahnging the world. One merely keeps on trying to do it. But we've been here beofoe: one keeps fighting losing battles (as Blacks did from 1870 to 1955-60, and then: but no one has a crystal ball.
