This show is kind of insidious.

Yolanda Adams leads off seeing "Change Is Gonna Come," ending with the slightly altered verse, "change HAS come."

Natalie Cole makes Marvin Gaye out to be a civil rights icon (did he do anything besides a few songs about 'what's goin on' that made a lot of money?; if he did I don't remember anything), sings "war is not the answer, only love can conquer hate." Of course nobody bats an eye. Ditto the following number by Joan Baez, who also talks about MLK's opposition to the war.

Does Pete Seeger at an inaugural event change the event, or change (for the worse) the way people think about Pete Seeger?
